Continuing Education Course
 

Course Description: All Applicants registering must be at least 18 years of age. Applicants must complete 12 hours of classroom training prior to receiving certification to renew your Massachusetts Real Estate License.

What you will Need: Each student is asked to bring a note book, a pen or pencil, a highlighter, and a calculator.

What the Course Includes: Each course will include your text book and 30 hours of classroom time.
