Brokers Course
 

Course Description: The broker license identifies you as a real estate agent with at least one year of experience and allows you to open up your own office and work for yourself.

Requirements: All Applicants registering must be at least 18 years of age. Applicants must complete 30 hours of classroom training prior to receiving certification to take the state examination. All applicants must have been affiliated with a Massachusetts broker in the capacity of a Massachusetts real estate sales person for at least 1 year for a minimum of 25 hours per week. Broker applicants must have a current Massachusetts Sales person license.

What you will Need: Each student is asked to bring a note book, a pen or pencil, a highlighter, and a calculator.

What the Course Includes: Each course will include your text book and 30 hours of classroom time.
