Continuing Education Course
 

Course Description: State law requires that brokers and salespersons complete 12 hours of approved continuing education if they wish to maintain their license on an active status. Continuing Education is required to be done within 24 months before your renewal date.

Requirements: All Applicants must be a licensed Sales Person in the State of Massachusetts.  

What you will Need: Each student is asked to bring a note book, a pen or pencil, a highlighter, and a calculator.

What the Course Includes: Each Course will include 6 two hour sessions of State Approved Curriculum necessary to complete the State requirements for license renewal.
