Pre-Licensing Courses Course Description: This license allows one to work under a broker and take part in both residential or commercial real estate sales and rentals. Requirements: All Applicants registering must be at least 18 years of age. Applicants must complete 24 hours of classroom training prior to receiving certification to take the state examination. What you will need: Each student is asked to bring a note book, a pen or pencil, a highlighter, and a calculator. What the Course Includes: Each course will include your text book and 24 hours of classroom time.
